Thanks for visiting Flying Fantastic. We hope you like what you see. We'd love to hear what you think: the good stuff, the bad stuff, the great idea for a new class kind of stuff. Don't be shy, we'd love to hear from you.
We recommend avoiding loose fitting clothes. No jewellery and please tie your hair back. We advise leggings or trousers that cover the backs of your knees and a top that covers the backs of your shoulders. You'll be barefoot, so no need to worry about footwear.
Please, please avoid clothing with zips. They damage equipment, and risk getting caught - which wouldn't be fun for anyone.

We try to offer clients maximum flexibility with when they book our weekly classes. The only thing we ask is that they give us 48 hours notice if they can't come to the class. You would have been notified of this when you sign up to the classes. It is our golden rule, and the only way we can manage our classes effectively. Please don't ask us to break the rule. It puts us in an awkward position when we have to say no.
For drop in classes, you can transfer bookings to a different date at any time up to 48 hours prior to the class start date by contacting bookings@flyingfantastic.co.uk. Any later, and we're going to have to say no.
For Masterclasses and Workshops, we have a zero cancellations policy. More details are available in the T&Cs.

If you put your name on the waitlist, you'll be emailed as and when a space becomes available. You need an active credit on your account to be able to add your name to the waitlist. This credit will be used up if you are added to the class. If you can't make the class - please remove your name from the waitlist.

Yes. Our 'all levels' classes are exactly that. Suitable for students of all levels. In the majority of our classes, we have multiple teachers so are able to accommodate students - whatever their level of ability – from Flying Fledglings to Flying Fanatics!

We're asked this a lot and to be honest, there's no right answer. If you're brand new to aerial, and still working on improving your fitness, you might want to try an Aerial Yoga class – the slings are slung to a low level, and airtime is guaranteed!
If you're looking for something with more altitude, you might try Slings, Hoop or Trapeze. In all of these, there's something to 'sit' on when you're in the air. So once you're up there, you can prepare yourself for your next move. Silks, Rope and Straps all require effort to get in the air, and also to stay there, so they're that much more tricky to get started with.
That said, Silks is our most popular discipline, and a popular starting point for many – so it really is different strokes for different folks!
