Before signing up to any class you'll be asked to read our full terms and conditions. These aren't here to scare you off, but like anything fun, there are potential risks involved and it's important that you're aware of them. If there's anything you're not sure about, please don't hesitate to contact us.

In signing up to a Flying Fantastic class, you understand that classes may subject the participant to danger and that this risk cannot be eliminated without jeopardising the essential qualities of the activity.

You also confirm that you are aware that participation in the activities may involve the following risks, sprained muscles, bumps and bruises, falls from height and associated collision injuries. 

You also understand that the Public Liability Insurance carried by Flying Fantastic Limited covers direct acts of negligence and claims resulting from the risks listed above may be declined if direct negligence cannot be proven.

By accepting these terms and conditions you confirm that you have no known medical conditions that could make participation in this activity dangerous for myself of others. 

You acknowledge the risks involved in this activity and to the maximum extent permitted by law, release and hold harmless Flying Fantastic and/or their instructors from any and all damage that you may suffer as a result of participation in the activity – provided that nothing in this agreement excludes or limits Flying Fantastic’s liability in relation to injury caused by their or their instructor’s negligence.

Flying Fantastic advertise classes on a timetable that is publicised on our booking system. We endeavour to deliver these classes as advertised, however, please note that the listed trainers may change unexpectedly due to last minute issues, or situations beyond our control. Flying Fantastic will try to keep customers informed of any last minute changes, however, on occasion this might not be possible. Should the class be cancelled, customers credits will be returned to their accounts and extra validity added should that be required. Wherever possible, Flying Fantastic will try to inform customers as to any changes of trainer.

In the event that no customers are booked into a forthcoming class, Flying Fantastic reserve the right to cancel the class at short notice. Should any customers be booked into the class, Flying Fantastic will endeavour to run the class as advertised. 



Class bookings. Flying Fantastic has a 24 hour cancellation policy. It is our studio golden rule and is applied across the board - irrespective of the customers reasons for missing class. You can manage your bookings via your Mindbody Account up to 24 hours before your class. Within 24 hours and the class is non-refundable. Students may pass the class space to a friend, just please let us know who to expect at the class.

For any classes with one trainer running the session:
Flying Fantastic trainer's schedules are subject to change. Students will be emailed regarding any staff changes. It is the responsibility of the student to make sure their Mindbody communication preferences are set to ensure they receive any communication regarding staff changes. 
 
For staff changes more than 24 hours before the class start time, it is the responsibility of the student to manage their bookings accordingly.
 
In the event of a change of the trainer within 24 hours of the class, students may contact info@flyingfantastic.co.uk and request a last minute class cancellation which may be actioned at the discretion of the management. 

For any classes with more than one trainer running the session:
Students will not be notified of trainer changes for any classes with multiple trainers running the sessions. 

Workshops & Courses. All workshops and courses are non refundable. If you are unable to attend a session you have booked, you are welcome to pass on the space to a friend - subject to them having an account with Flying Fantastic and with the relevant experience. Just please let us know who to expect at the session.

Parties & Group Bookings: If your event is cancelled with less than 3 weeks notice, your payment is 100% non-refundable. If your event is cancelled with more than 3 weeks notice, 50% will be refunded. 

Gift Cards: Gift Cards are non refundable - under any circumstances. The value of any Gift Card may be used against any Flying Fantastic product or service. The nominal values indicated at the time of purchase are indicative of what services are available at the time of purchase and is not a measure of what services will be rendered ongoing. 

 

It is the student's responsibility to arrive at the venue on time and to leave adequate time for their journey. We cannot accept any liability for information from third party sources. Classes start promptly at the times listed. For safety reasons, latecomers may not be allowed to join the class.
