We run a variety of different workshops across our different venues in the school holidays. We have workshops running during half terms, day long workshops at Christmas and a full week of upside down time in the summer!
These sessions are aimed at both giving newbies the chance to learn new superhero style aerial tricks and flips and for our more regular students who can't get enough airtime during the term! Please check what is on at your nearest venue below. And sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when the details of the new sessions are released.
If we haven't got something on on the dates you would like, please get in touch, we can run private sessions to fit your schedule, or if there are enough people interested we can maybe set up an event just for your group!

If you have wannabe superheroes at home and you'd like to fly together, then this could be just the class for you. In our Family Aerial and Acrobatics workshops, you'll learn moves and tricks with your kids on both trapeze and aerial silks, as well as some partner and team acrobatics. You'll learn to build pyramids, make human towers and support each other, as your children walk all over you! We're all about getting beginners in the air, so no experience is required. All you need is some sportswear, a bottle of water and a sense of humour - lots of giggles guaranteed.
Children from 4-104 are welcome, the only difficulty as a grown up is making sure you get your turn!
£25 per person. Please note you will need to set adults ages to 18yo in order to book.
Family Workshop - Saturday 30th May Union Street - 15:30-17:30
We can't wait to get your young flyers in the air for a whole week this summer! This week is aimed at kids aged 7-16. No experience needed. An epic Aerial Adventure. We will teach you some tricks and sequences on silks, hoop and slings, and we’ll even get you bouncing on bungees!
From 10.00am - 4.00pm every day. £375 for the week.
