Our mission

Flying Fantastic was set up with the aim of offering flexible, fun fitness classes to London's disenchanted gym goers. Aerial fitness is a new way to stay in shape and offers the opportunity to learn new skills and enjoy some fun classes in an accessible, sociable and friendly environment.

It is based on an idea discovered in Buenos Aires, where there are approximately 55 such schools within the city centre alone! The Porteños seemingly have a much more liberal attitude towards fitness and embrace circus as if it was their own. With world famous acts such as De La Guardia, who can blame them?

Taking fitness to new heights

It didn't seem fair for London to be missing out on all the fun. And so, Flying Fantastic was born. Flinging open its doors in April 2011 and with classes on weekday evenings, a new form of fitness became available to Londoners – Aerial Fitness. With its roots divided between Circus skills and interval training, it offers a full on workout on the equivalent of a grown up playground.

Working out has never been so much fun. In fact, you'll not even feel like you've been working – till the next morning when you'll wonder what hit you! But give it 3 weeks. Your muscles will quickly adapt, and before long you'll be flying through the air and wondering how you ever lived without it! You'll be an aerial junkie in no time!
