This course is ideal for anyone with a solid aerial foundation – the ability to invert in mid-air is required. If you're unsure about your skill level, contact us, and we’ll help you assess if this course is the right fit for you.
We have designed the course for students with some previous aerial experience. Aerial classes can be tough on the body - especially if it's not part of your regular day to day activities. We balance the week as best as we can, but there's no denying that it's a very physical week. If you're new to aerial and wondering if this is for you - we've had complete beginners on the course before, it wasn't easy for them, and it's not something we'd recommend.
