1 week intensive

This intensive short course runs a couple of times per year - and is always very popular! The course consists of five days of aerial tuition, mixed with a healthy balance of complementary classes to supplement your training. Add to that some industry experts in Injury Prevention and others in Act Creation, and we’ve got ourselves one helluva week.

There will be a range of aerial classes throughout the week. With the timetable carefully balanced to ensure no aerial fatigue. After initial sessions in Silks, Hoop, Rope and Trapeze, you will be given the opportunity to specialise in one of the four disciplines. Also, you will have the opportunity to try your hand at other disciplines such as Spanish Web, Slings, Acro and Handstands.

Weekly Programme

Through a programme of conditioning and flexibility sessions we will also create a bespoke training programme for every participant to ensure that you can continue working towards your goals after the week is over. Over the course of the week we will work towards creating an act - in time for a performance on the last day.

Every participant will receive training sheets and notes from the week, a personalised training programme, including a certificate of course completion – as well as a guaranteed surge of endorphines from the end of course show! There are 15 minute breaks in both morning and afternoon sessions, as well as a lunch break (times and duration vary from day to day).

The course costs £420 and is open to anyone with a good basic understanding of Aerial. The ability to invert in mid-air is a pre-requisite. If you’re not sure - drop us a line and we’ll do what we can to help guide you as best as we can.

Course dates

29th April - 3rd May 2024 - Flying Fantastic Peckham
For other course dates, please refer to the schedule published on Mindbody

We have designed the course for students with some previous aerial experience. Aerial classes can be tough on the body - especially if it's not part of your regular day to day activities. We balance the week as best as we can, but there's no denying that it's a very physical week. If you're new to aerial and wondering if this is for you - we've had complete beginners on the course before, it wasn't easy for them, and it's not something we'd recommend.
