A four week programme of aerial training

The course is suitable for aerialists looking to make the leap from part time training, to a more complete and thorough practice, or for any recreational aerialists looking to test the water for a career in a professional aerial environment - whether that is teaching, performing or adding a strong physical performance element to any CV.

The four week course is an intensive course and it is important all participants understand the nature of physical training 5 days a week. If it’s not something you’re used to, it can be quite a full-on experience - both physically and mentally. As such it is important to us to ensure that everyone considering the course is as prepared as possible.

For students with limited or no previous aerial experience, (eg: students with Pole experience, professionally trained dancers, physical theatre practitioners or gymnasts), it is important that you have a good level of physical fitness and are fully prepared for a complete immersion into full time training. For any students in this category, a short interview over the phone will be required before confirming your booking.
