Friday 30th March. 2.00pm - 5.00pm. £50

This combined aerial class will give you the opportunity to try three unusual Aerial disciplines; Slings, Net and Chains. Slings is often perceived to be one of the most accessible of aerial disciplines, but it has a world of possibilities within! Across the 3 hours, you'll work on tricks and drops on the slings, learning new shapes and figures, working towards a sequence at the end of the session. As if that wasn't enough, you'll also get the opportunity to try the bad-boys of aerial - chain and net. Similar in shape, but very different in behaviour!

LOW DANCE TRAPEZE - WITH OLIVER SMITH-WELLNITZ
Saturday 31st March. 2.00pm - 4.00pm. £35

One of Dance Trapeze’s biggest strengths is being able to work between the floor and the air. However for some of us aerialists, the ground can seem daunting at times (I know that it was for me!). This workshop is all about getting over that hesitation and playing with the floor and the trapeze at the same time!

This workshop will contain a mixture of technique, pre-defined sequences, and improvisation and creation. We’re looking to explore the huge variety of options that Dance trapeze gives us, feel more comfortable, and most of all to have fun and play!

This workshop is open to mixed levels, and is suitable even for those with little specific experience on trapeze.

HULA HOOP! - WITH OLIVER SMITH-WELLNITZ
Saturday 31st March. 4.15pm - 5.45pm. £25

For absolute beginners to those with experience, there will be plenty to learn for a range of skill levels. We will start with a basic warmup before exploring and discovering all of the different places with which we can hula hoop.

We have all hooped on our waist before, but what about on our elbows? Our feet? What about hula hooping on your butt? It's all possible! From there we will move on to try some manipulation and isolation exercises before stringing together some fun sequences. We all love to be in the air, but sometimes it's necessary to get back on the ground and play!

No previous experience necessary!
