Issy first encountered aerial 10 years ago when she took up silks and immediately fell in love with being in the air. After years doing a variety of artistic jobs, from sculpting hieroglyphics on film sets to hand making leather jackets, Issy joined the circus world full time in 2019 when she started working for Flying Fantastic.
As the company's operations manager, she organises flying fantastic's social media, parties and legendary scratch nights. She loves nothing more than introducing someone to the world of aerial, and seeing them progress from their first nervous time in the air to becoming an aerial addict.
Issy lives in Dulwich with her husband and spends her free time trying to persuade him they need 3-4 puppies or kittens (ideally both). She loves interior design and musicals, and can often be found belting out a showtime as she slowly does up her house.
