1. The Promotion
The Flypass Summer Aerial Challenge ("the Promotion") runs from 1st June 2026 to 31st August 2026. All qualifying classes must be attended, and all stamp cards must be handed in, by 31st August 2026. Cards submitted after this date will not be eligible for rewards. Limited cards are available
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to all Flying Fantastic customers, new and existing, including Flying Fantastic staff. There are no restrictions on how recently a participant must have joined. Participants under the age of 16 must have parental or guardian consent to attend classes, as per Flying Fantastic's standard policy.
3. The Stamp Card
- One stamp card is available per person for the duration of the Promotion.
- Cards must be registered at reception at the time of collection. Participants will be required to provide their name, which will be recorded in the Flying Fantastic registration log.
- Each card is personal and non-transferable. Cards may not be shared between customers or passed to another individual at any point.
- All classes attended must be booked and completed by the same individual named on the card. Rewards will only be issued to the named cardholder.
- Stamps are issued by reception staff only, at either Flying Fantastic venue, following attendance of a qualifying class.
- Only one stamp may be collected per discipline category, regardless of how many classes within that category a participant attends. The twelve qualifying categories are: Silks, Hoop, Trapeze, Slings, Straps, Rope, Loops, Aerial Yoga, Aerial Pilates, Flex & Stretch, Handstands, and a Workshop.
- This Promotion may only be completed once per person. One card per person will be issued for the duration of the Promotion.
4. Validation
- All classes must be booked and recorded in the participant's Mindbody account in order to be valid.
- Flying Fantastic reserves the right to validate any completed card against the participant's Mindbody booking history before issuing any reward.
- Any stamp that cannot be validated against a confirmed Mindbody booking will be considered void. Flying Fantastic's decision on the validity of any stamp is final.
- Any attempt to fraudulently obtain stamps, transfer cards between individuals, or otherwise abuse the Promotion will result in immediate disqualification.
5. Handing In Your Card
- Participants may hand their card in at any point during the Promotion, up to and including 31st August 2026.
- Rewards will be issued based on the number of valid, different qualifying disciplines stamped on the card at the point it is handed in.
- Once a card is handed in, the Promotion is considered complete for that participant. Cards cannot be reclaimed or continued after submission.
- If a card is handed in with fewer stamps than required for the next tier, the participant will be rewarded at the tier they have reached. For example, a card handed in with seven valid stamps will qualify for the four-class tier reward only.
6. Rewards
Rewards are tiered as follows:
- **4 different qualifying classes:** 1 free class credit added to your Mindbody account + your choice of a Flying Fantastic t-shirt from our online shop.
- **8 different qualifying classes:** 2 free class credits added to your Mindbody account + your choice of a Flying Fantastic t-shirt or sweatshirt from our online shop.
- **12 different qualifying classes:** 4 free class credits added to your Mindbody account + your choice of a Flying Fantastic t-shirt or sweatshirt from our online shop.

- Free class credits will be added to the participant's Mindbody account promptly upon submission of a valid completed card.
- Merch rewards are not redeemed immediately. Participants will be asked to select their chosen garment from the Flying Fantastic online shop and notify Flying Fantastic of their selection via email. We recommend waiting until the end of the Promotion period (end of August / beginning of September 2026) before placing your order, to allow for smooth fulfilment.
- If a chosen garment is out of stock at the time of ordering, participants will be asked to select an alternative available item of equivalent value.
- Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
- Credits and merch rewards are issued to the named cardholder only and may not be transferred to another person.
7. Lost Cards
If a stamp card is lost, a replacement may be issued at the discretion of Flying Fantastic staff. Stamps will only be reinstated where attendance can be confirmed via the participant's Mindbody booking history. Flying Fantastic cannot guarantee reinstatement of any stamps that cannot be validated.
8. General
- Flying Fantastic reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Promotion at any time. Where possible, reasonable notice will be given.
- Flying Fantastic's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion is final.
- Participant data collected during the Promotion will be handled in accordance with Flying Fantastic's Privacy Policy, available at flyingfantastic.co.uk/privacy.
9. Availability
The Flypass Summer Aerial Challenge stamp cards are available on a limited basis. Flying Fantastic reserves the right to withdraw cards from circulation at any time should availability be exhausted. Completion of the Promotion and eligibility for rewards is subject to card availability. Once a card has been issued and registered, the holder's right to claim rewards upon valid completion is unaffected by any subsequent withdrawal of the Promotion.
