If you're one of the many customers who had credits on their Mindbody account pre lockdown, as you will already be aware, this credit has been moved to our new Glofox booking system, and is available to use on any Flying Fantastic service or product. You just need to drop us a line to use it against any purchase you would like to make.
The additional validity that we gave to 'pre-lockdown credit' is already a month longer than any validity on credit purchased pre March 18th 2020, and we have done everything we can to accommodate every individual request between March and December 2020. So if you do have any carried over credit you'd like to use - please let us know before the end of December 2020.
