Our Booking System

Flying Fantastic use a booking system called Mindbody Online to process bookings. It's not always the most intuitive of systems, and can be a little confusing at times, but once you get the hang of it, it's great - and allows you to manage your bookings and book classes and courses yourself.

You'll need to set up an account, agree to our Terms & Conditions, and purchase yourself a Credit Pack in order to book into classes. We've a dedicated App on the way, but you're always able to manage your own bookings directly through the Mindbody site in the meantime. 

If you've previously downloaded our app with our previous booking provider - Glofox - apologies, but we've had to start again. It looked pretty... but just wasn't up to the job in hand! 

All our classes, courses and workshops can be booked and managed either via the dedicated App (from May 21), on our website, or via Mindbody directly. For any problems - please drop us a line.

To book yourself into a class or workshop, just click on the event you'd like to attend and you'll be asked to either Login or to Set up an Account.  If you had an account with us before, just click 'FORGOT PASSWORD', and you'll get a link to set up a new password, and get stuck in. 

All services need to be paid for in advance, and please be aware of the cancellation policy for all services.

Classes have a 48 hour cancellation policy
Practice time has a 24 hour cancellation policy
We have a zero cancellation policy for workshops and courses.


Billing is processed via Stripe which is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry - so your details are in safe hands!
