     What's the minimum age for Young Flyers classes?

For kids parties, we work with kids from age 5 and up. 
     Can we bring cake?

As a rule, party food and aerial equipment doesn't get on that well, so we try to keep them apart wherever possible! 
– In our Union Street venue, we have no provision for catering at the venue, but we do have good partnerships with nearby cafes and restaurants if you wanted to reserve a space nearby.
– In both Wimbledon and Battersea, it is possible to extend the hire of the venue to allow for self catering. Please ask for more details when making your reservation.
     What info do Flying Fantastic need to process a booking?

Whenever we take a reservation for a party, we need to know the following information:
  • Your child's name
  • Their age
  • The requested date of the event
  • How many people will be coming
  • Any specific requests for disciplines (Silks / Trapeze / Hoop etc).
     How far in advance do I need to book?

Birthdays are like buses. You wait ages for a good party, and then all of a sudden three come at once. It's the same with our parties at Flying Fantastic - some months are full of parties, others are a little more quiet. It's worth bearing in mind that there are some very organised people out there who are booking months ahead to secure the perfect party for their kids! We have limited time slots for kids parties every week, so the earlier you can book - the better
     How much does it cost to have a party at Flying Fantastic?

We have a party package that we offer for kids parties. It's a 90 minute class - in whatever disciplines you like - and this costs £27 per head. We can create bespoke packages if required, but in our experience, 90 minutes is more than enough time to give everyone their aerial fix!
     What's the maximum number of kids you can cater for?

In our Union Street studio, we can accommodate up to 18 kids in one studio. For larger parties, we're happy to do a complete studio takeover and run the event from both studios - ensuring there's enough teachers and equipment to go around and ensure everyone gets lots of airtime and teacher attention at all times.
In both Wimbledon and Battersea, we can accommodate up to 24 kids in one event.
     What times can you hold parties?

We have some dedicated sessions for all our kids parties. Saturday afternoons from 2.15pm onwards are always good. We've mid week availability most afternoons in half term or school holidays. We can also accommodate some parties on Sundays (early morning and afternoons from 4pm) but availability is a little more tricky.
     When do I need to make payment?

In order to secure the booking, you'll need to place a non refundable deposit of £200. The balance is due 2 weeks before. We take payment via Credit / Debit cards.
